-The primary aims of personnel evaluation is to foster members.
  The evaluator estimates members abilities and achievements based on observation and instruction.
  They utilizes all areas of personnel management such as the promotion, transfer, training and salaries, etc.

-We give members the opportunities to foster through the interviews with a half-yearly evaluations.
